From the moment it is completed,
that is where real trust begins.

Even after handover, we support your home with a system that lets you consult us right away.

We stay engaged after handover

At 株式会社 田代建築, regardless of the type of work, we place importance on the peace of mind that comes after people start living in the home. We finish with attention to the movement of doors, fixtures, and materials. For new builds, we look at the expansion and contraction of wooden parts; for remodeling, the interfaces with existing sections; and for renovations, even the usability of updated equipment. We use different checkpoints for each.

We first sort out the issue you are concerned about, and if needed we go on-site to check it. After hearing how you live, we prioritize door adjustments, equipment settings, and checks of finishing materials. We build trust not only through the finished result, but also through how easy it is to talk with us afterward.

Common aftercare requests

Many consultations are about small adjustments that become apparent once people start living there. We respond not only right after handover, but also to the discomforts that only become visible after use begins.

Support flow

From first contact to completion, we organize the steps and proceed. Depending on the issue, we may first judge it through shared photos and visit only when necessary, making the process from consultation to response smooth.

1. Contact us

We ask about the area of concern and the symptoms. Knowing the location, when it happened, and how it was used helps us judge faster and improve the accuracy of the first response.

2. Situation Assessment

We determine whether we should guide you by phone or inspect on site. We separate issues that can be resolved through settings or operation from those that actually require adjustment.

3. Adjustment and Repairs

We carry out the necessary adjustments and checks. We identify whether the cause lies in the fixtures, equipment, or finishes, and restore the fit and finish to suit the way the home is used.

4. Recheck

We confirm the condition after the work is done. We do not stop at a quick fix; we also check how it feels in use so no new concerns are left behind.
