The initial consultation and estimate are free. Even if the scope of work is extensive, we explain things while organizing what costs what, so you can receive the information in a form that makes comparison easier.
For partial renovations, it is about 30 minutes to an hour; for the first consultation on a full renovation or new build, it is about one to two hours. Along with taking measurements, we also organize your priorities.
Plans are ideal if you have them, but they are not required. Photos of areas that concern you, reasons you want them fixed, or examples on Instagram with a similar feel can help us share the direction more quickly.
Yes, absolutely. We also handle partial work that improves day-to-day inconveniences, such as updating plumbing areas, replacing floors or walls, and custom-built storage.
Depending on the scope of work, there are many cases where partial renovations can be carried out while you continue living there. We will explain the daily traffic flow and periods when areas cannot be used in advance, and adjust the schedule accordingly.
Partial work such as sinks and toilets usually takes a few days to about a week, while renovations including an LDK typically take from several weeks to several months. After the site inspection, we will explain the plan, including a rough idea of the work schedule.
If there are any systems that may apply, we will guide you toward making use of them. Because the required documents vary depending on application conditions and timing, we recommend consulting us at an early planning stage.
